Same-day delivery is available within Dubai city limits for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Same-day orders will be delivered between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Next-day delivery is available across UAE city limits for orders placed before 7:00 PM.
Please note that deliveries are not available on Sundays. Orders placed after the applicable cut-off time, or on Sundays, will be processed on the next working delivery day.

On domestic orders, we offer 30-day free returns for store credit. For a refund back to the original payment method, Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear..

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as received
The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
All original tags must be attached
The item must be returned in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The fastest way to exchange an item is:
Request a return for the original item
Log in with the email used for purchase
Go to accounts>orders and select the order you want to exchange
Select the products you want to exchange and click on Choose Products
Click on listed products and select your exchange size
Repeat for all of the products you want to exchange, one at a time
Once done, please enter the reason for the exchange and submit the request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If an order is refused or not collected:
Original shipping fees will not be refunded
Additional return or handling costs may be deducted from the refund
