Order Processing
All orders placed on ccea.ae are subject to confirmation and availability.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in the UAE)
During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details
UAE Any order received before 6 pm delivery time next day delivery within the city limits.
Gcc delivery time 3 to 4 business days (subject to customs)
Global delivery time 4 to 5 business days (subject to customs)
For Dubai city limits, there is an option of same-day delivery for orders received before 2 pm.
CCEA reserves the right to delay or cancel orders due to stock availability, payment verification, or suspected fraudulent activity.

International Orders
Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments:
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country
These charges are the responsibility of the customer
CCEA has no control over customs processes and cannot predict or cover these costs
Failure to pay customs fees may result in shipment delays, returns, or disposal by customs authorities.
Delivery Delays & Failed Deliveries
CCEA is not responsible for delays caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
Customs clearance issues
Courier service disruptions
Force majeure events (including natural disasters or governmental restrictions)
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, additional delivery charges may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email (where available). Tracking updates are provided by third-party courier partners and may take time to reflect in the system.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at help@ccea.ae within 48 hours of delivery with:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. CCEA is not responsible for:
Order Refusal or Non-Collection
If an order is refused or not collected by the customer:
Shipping and return costs will not be refunded
Any additional fees incurred may be deducted from the refund, if applicable
