Exchange & Return Policy

At CCEA, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order, as it forms part of our Terms of Service.


Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

UAE Orders

  • Each order is eligible for one complimentary exchange or one complimentary return.
  • If an exchanged item is later returned for a refund, or if an additional exchange or return is requested for the same order, shipping and processing fees may apply.

International Orders

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and all costs related to exchanges and returns are the customer’s responsibility

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at help@ccea.ae with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • Return shipping details

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, store credit, or gift card, at our discretion

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at help@ccea.ae with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Log in with the email used for purchase

  3. Go to accounts>orders and select the order you want to exchange

  4. Select the products you want to exchange and click on Choose Products

  5. Click on listed products and select your exchange size

  6. Repeat for all of the products you want to exchange, one at a time

  7. Once done, please enter the reason for the exchange and submit the request.

UAE Orders

Refused or Unclaimed Orders

If an order is refused or not collected:

  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded

  • Additional return or handling costs may be deducted from the refund

CCEA reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective once posted on our website.
