At CCEA, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order, as it forms part of our Terms of Service.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as received
The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
All original tags must be attached
The item must be returned in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
UAE Orders
- Each order is eligible for one complimentary exchange or one complimentary return.
- If an exchanged item is later returned for a refund, or if an additional exchange or return is requested for the same order, shipping and processing fees may apply.
International Orders
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and all costs related to exchanges and returns are the customer’s responsibility
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, store credit, or gift card, at our discretion

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at help@ccea.ae with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.

Items marked as “final sale”
Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is:
Request a return for the original item
Log in with the email used for purchase
Go to accounts>orders and select the order you want to exchange
Select the products you want to exchange and click on Choose Products
Click on listed products and select your exchange size
Repeat for all of the products you want to exchange, one at a time
Once done, please enter the reason for the exchange and submit the request.
